The PrinterLogic app offers users a native solution for direct IP printing and provides a convenient way to securely release print jobs from mobile devices. The following are key features of the application:

• Native Mobile Printing:

This functionality enables users to print from any application on their mobile devices to printers set up by IT administrators or manually added by users.

How it works: To print from any app, users can initiate a print job via the Share function, choose PrinterLogic, select an available printer, and confirm the print action. The job is then processed on the mobile device and sent directly to the designated printer.

• Secure Release Printing:

Secure release printing focuses on safeguarding sensitive information by ensuring that only the intended recipient retrieves the printed document. The feature includes two variants. In pull printing, users can select a preferred printer location after the print job is initiated on their mobile devices.

How it works: Taking pull printing as an instance, when initiating a print job, users can opt to hold the job using the Hold function. The print task remains on the initiating device until the user is in proximity to the printer and prepared to collect it. To release the print job, users need to access a nearby network printer, launch the PrinterLogic app, and follow the steps detailed earlier.
